Principal Appointment Community Consultation 2018

Kia Ora koutou katoa. As part of the process of selecting a new principal for Rotokawa School we would like to give you, our school community, the opportunity to have a say about what you would like to see in our new principal.  We have some options on how you might give us your feedback.

DROP-IN HUI: Parents / whanau will have an opportunity to do this at one of 3 drop-in information gathering events – you don’t need to stay the whole time, if you have 10 minutes spare there will be post it notes to jot down your thoughts.  The times and places are:

Wednesday 22 August at Rotokawa School from 8.30-9.30am

Wednesday 22 August at Mokoia Intermediate School hall from 5-6.15pm

Friday 24 August at Rotokawa School from 2.30-3.30pm

ON-LINE SURVEY:  If these meetings don’t suit we have also set up an on-line survey and it can be accessed at this address https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/JVKRGDJ  

PAPER FEEDBACK FORM:  Another option is to pick up a form from the school office and drop it in there or pop it into the school letter box.  

If you fill the survey in online or you wish to fill in the paper form, can you have these back to us by Friday 31 August.

Over this same period we are also seeking feedback from our wider community, and of course our staff and students.

We want to know the priorities for the school and hope you can join in this exciting and important process.  Once we have all our community input we will collate it and let you know what the feedback we have received is.
